But he'll be back.
The Husband is out of town for business, which leaves me with no photographer and more importantly, no chef! My culinary specialties are - pasta with sausage and peppers, pan-seared salmon, rubber chicken, oatmeal, cold cereal and grilled sandwiches. I have never met a grilled sandwich I didn't like.......unless it has eggplant on it, yuck.
So while the blog posts may be somewhat lacking, I have not been idle. I've finished a quilt top and 2 pillowcases and started 2 aprons and a purse. These are projects that I need to get done before I can start on something for me.
Which brings me to my next project. I'm stymied, stumped, stalled, at a standstill. I'm just not sure what I want to do next. I've got some great new patterns and new fabrics, but nothing is jumping out at me screaming MAKE ME.
So maybe it's a good thing that I have other things to occupy me. I'm sure inspiration will come eventually.
It's so different for me. My patterns and fabrics are always calling out to me "pick me, pick me!"i always have way too many things I wa nt to do.But then. I'm retirede and have all kinds of time.
