I am not a believer that everyone is Irish on St. Patty's Day. I think it is because us Poles and Italians get the shaft and are not as recognized 2 days later on St. Joseph's Day....okay, call it a grudge.
But The Husband got a great deal on corned beef. So we had corned beef and cabbage (and more).
It was tasty. I did my part and provided the before meal cocktail on the veranda....okay, back patio.
A Midori Margarita....not exactly Irish, but oh so refreshing!
Happy St. Patty's Day!
Hi Everybuddy, we'll pretent to be Irish if you share your corned beef and mum will pretend if you share a margarita with her hehe. No worries, and love, Stella and Rory
